What Are 8×8 Wheeled Armoured Personnel Carriers?
8×8 Wheeled Armoured Personnel Carriers are used to transport Infantry across the battlefield under the protection of armour. Wheeled APC’s can cover a greater distance faster than a tracked vehicle and favoured for rapid reaction and fast deployment forces due to their light weight, excelling in desert and urban battlefields. They are normally developed in to a family of vairants to perform fire support roles, including Infantry Fighting Vehicles.
