If your looking at The US M4 Command and Control Vehicle and trying to figure out which vehicle it looks like, it’s a super structure built a US M270 MLRS chassis and cab.

The superstructure served as a mobile command centre on the battlefield for up to 7 officers and their staff, radio communications suite and boards for maps to be displayed on.

Development started in 1992 and prototypes for field testing were delivered to the US Army in 1995.  Production started in 2001 at a low rate for an initial requirement of 439. However the project was dropped and only 20 were built. These were converted in to battlefield ambulances.
