The British Bedford TM 4-4 Military Truck was the militarised version on the commercial Bedford TM heavy goods vehicle constructed by Bedford Vehicles, the British arm of General Motors’ commercial vehicle division, which were built between 1974 and 1986.

The TM 4-4 is an 8 tonne (medium),which  has removable sides and tailgate so can transport 20 troops or when removed transport 6 pallets of supplies. Other versions include either a crane or tipper. The cab accommodates the driver and second crewman who has a hatch in the roof where a 7.62mm GPMG can be mounted.

It entered service with the British Army in 1980 and still remains in service, though it is being phased out as the new Family of MAN SX Series trucks are entering service. There are a large number of surplus TM 4-4 for sale in military auctions.

The TM 4-4 was also sold to Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, and Oman.
