Tatra, as is a Czech truck manufacturer. Its plants are located in the eastern part of Moravia-Silesia region Kopřivnice town. They have developed a number of off-road trucks for the Czech Army, integrating parts from Renault Trucks Defense.

One of these is The Czech Tatra T810 truck. The vehicle is a six wheel drive off-road truck, capable of carrying 5 ton’s of supplies.

The Czech armed forces have ordered since September 2005, a total of 977 vehicles, of which 556 are to be delivered during the period of 2006 – 2011. The remaining 421 are to be delivered by 2014 at the latest.
