The French Renault TRM 2000 Truck is an old school (entered production in the early 1980’s) workhorse of the French Army and is still in service to date in a number of configurations/roles. The standard truck transports either supplies or 12 troops (on removable benches). Its sides gates and canvas roof can then be removed and other modules can be lifted on to the vehicle, such as command or air control or engineering workshop. Its 117hp engine also makes it possible for the vehicle to pull up to 2 tons of trailer or mortar/artillery guns.
