First seen in public during the 2010 Eurosatory, it is described as an Armed Reconnaissance Vehicle with a 3 man crew.

The Turret has an ATGM launcher on either sides. The missile is designated the “MLP” (Missile Longue Portee). This is a Long Range Missile developed by MBDA who also developed the MMP missile as used on the CRAB workbook. The status of the MLP is not fully know, however it was shown for the first time at the 2010 show, uses many components as the MMP, but has a longer 8km range with the same warhead as the MMP.

The Panhard SPHINX EBRC Armored Vehicle Status
The SPHINX hasn’t been seen since 2012. No information on the vehicle can be found on Panhard’s website who seem to now be focusing on the CRAB. As such sourcing photos and info has been complicated.
