Review of the Tamiya King Tiger model tank Porsche turret

This is another Tamiya kit, which was fun to build and I’m pleased with the finished result.

This model is the one with a Porsche turret.

I’m particularly drawn with these WWII German tanks rear exhaust systems, which I think look great and require some detail in their construction.

 I also enjoy the track wheels, which require they are built in a layered order of one over the other.

The most difficult part was cutting out the plastic replicated ropes for its sides.

 I found it difficult, but managed to cut them out with out snapping any of them, which required a lot of concentration, as they were so fragile.
